House on Lexington Street, near Main Street. Probably the home of George Woodward, son of Richard Woodward.

Stephen Cooke house on Watertown Street. General Henry Knox and his bride, Lucy Hlucker, lived here in 1775-1776.

Phineas Cook(e) house, corner of Centre and Pearl Streets, Newton. Later owned by General William Hull who surrendered Detroit to the British in 1814. Dr. Walter Hunnewell's wife, Susanna Cooke, was born in this house. She was Mary Cooke Fowle's sister, married Hunnewell (the town physician) in 1800 and lived with him on Main Street.

Home of Harry (Henry) Bright, Howard Street. Stone wall and fence in front.
figure 668 Coolidge Homestead, Grove Street. From this house, Joseph Coolidge went to his death on April 19, 1775. Herbert Coolidge was the last Coolidge born here.

figure 815 Home of Josiah Stickney, located where Perkins School for the Blind Main building now stands. It was built by William Hunt and sold by his grandson, Benjamin Faneuil Hunt, Jr., in 1844 to Josiah Stickney.
figure 817 John Fowle house, Mount Auburn Street. Birthplace of Adeline Fowle, who married Samuel Welles. This house was razed in May, 1967. Some of its doors and hardware were saved by M.V. Tomassian for future use of the Watertown Historical Society.
